Bebras Elite Win

In September 2023, 408,000 students entered the national Bebras computing competition across all year groups. Of these, only the top 5% qualify for the next round, the Oxford University Computing Challenge (OUCC). We had many qualifiers across all year groups, so congratulations to them.

Of these, Boris (Y13), not only qualified, but achieved full marks in the first round of the OUCC, and subsequently came out on top to win the Elite category in the final! This is a stunning achievement.

The award ceremony was held at the University of Oxford on Saturday where Boris received his award from Peter Millican from the University.

A huge congratulations to Boris — and hopefully this will inspire all students in these competitions.
