Wednesday

1st XI – Wilson’s won the toss and put Old Wilsonians in to bat, and with some positive and responsible batting they reached 130 for 6 off 20 overs. Our two spinners Ansh (2 for 21) and Viabhab (1 for 15) bowled with good discipline. In reply, a great start of 50 off the first 5 overs with Adrit (35 from 23 balls) looked as we were on course for a win. Unfortunately, the loss of the opening batters within two balls saw the run rate increase and Wilson’s fell 16 runs short.
