Year 7 Drama Soirée


Hosted by drama prefect Kai (Year 13), the Year 7 Drama and Dance Soirée was an enormous success with some engaging performances from our very youngest students. Audience members were full of praise for the students' courage in taking to the stage and for their delivery of some very entertaining monologues and poems. Clear communication is a skill that is essential in life and everyone who took part should be proud of their hard work. There was much potential on show! 

This year for the first time the evening featured group Dance performances too. There was a rather dreamy, romantic and elegant dance number to the tune of Moon River sung by Andy Williams followed later by a fun and energetic ensemble dance to Quincy Jones' Soul Bossa Nova which featured some great crowd pleasing funky moves.
