Year 7s: La Culture Française

This term, pupils in 7G and 7S embarked on an exciting journey to explore the many rich and diverse facets of French culture. Through a collaborative project, students delved into various topics, including French cuisine, cinema, music, and art, as well as iconic achievements like the construction of the Channel Tunnel and the Eiffel Tower. Other fascinating topics included the historic Cathédrale Notre-Dame and the world-renowned Tour de France.

By engaging in this project, Year 7s not only expanded their knowledge but also honed their research and teamwork skills. This enriching experience has inspired many of them to explore other global cultures and histories, making this initiative a true highlight of the academic year so far.
